Freight Transportation
Our trucks and our drivers, from a cross-town drop to a run to the other side of the country.
- Local, regional and long-haul
- Continental United States coverage
- Asset-based — we own what we dispatch
What we are authorised to haul
We hold active interstate operating authority — USDOT 2333643, MC-935158 — covering general freight, metal sheets, coils and rolls, logs, poles, beams and lumber, and intermodal containers.
That list matters more than it looks. Metal coil and lumber are load-securement problems before they are driving problems, and a carrier who has not hauled them tends to find that out on the road.
Local, regional and long-haul
Locally that means the Puget Sound corridor — the terminals, the rail ramps and the warehouse belt along I-5.
Long-haul means the continental United States. The same company that pulled your container off the terminal can also take the freight to Denver, and there is no hand-off in the middle where accountability quietly disappears.
One carrier, one number
We are not a broker. When you call, you are talking to the company whose driver is under your load, not to someone who is about to post it on a board and hope.
That is the whole argument for using an asset-based carrier, and it is the reason a rate from us is a rate rather than an estimate of what someone else might accept.
Common questions
Do you take loads outside Washington?
Yes. We run across the continental United States on our own authority.
Are you insured?
We carry the insurance required for our operating authority, and we will provide a current certificate of insurance on request before you book.
Do you broker loads out?
No. We are asset-based — our trucks, our chassis, our drivers.
Need a container moved?
Tell us what is landing and when it has to be on the dock. We will come back with a rate and a window we can actually hold.
